A huge passion of mine (as well as fashion, fabric and colour!) is supporting my local community.
Throughout my career I have sponsored many students, spoken at local universities, set up work experience and generally got involved with my local community where I can.
Living in Torquay this has to be the easiest, fun and most supported project yet......
Next Friday, 1st September, is the Torquay College Fashion Parade. Its a major fund raiser for the school, a fantastic night out for 300 women, and a great opportunity for local businesses to support their community.
Not only is Love Collective going to be on the catwalk, I am also on the committee to help bring this amazing night to life.
Next week I will show photos and videos of how this event comes together, and I am beyond excited to show you some pictures of our new SS17/18 collection on the runway!!!
If you are local and you haven't yet bought your ticket, the closing time is 3.30pm Friday 25th August...get in quick and support your community
Another project that Love Collective is getting involved in is student projects, I am currently looking for local schools who run a graphic design, fashion or textiles program that would be interested in running a competition.....if this sounds like you please email me
Finally, have you seen my new Kimono collection has started to arrive......
